Consent During Sign-Up

When you enter your phone number during registration, you will see the following notice:

By using the service I agree to receive text messages from NeighborFlow about service projects, reminders, and updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not required to purchase or use the Service.

Full SMS Consent Disclosure

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during signup (or by voluntarily giving us your number later), you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and service-related text messages from NeighborFlow at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

  • Project sign-up confirmations
  • Day-before and day-of service reminders
  • New project notifications (if you opt in)
  • Account alerts and security messages

Important Information

  • Message frequency may vary (typically 2–8 messages per month per user, but can be higher during active service periods).
  • Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
  • Consent to receive these messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or using the Service.
  • You can opt out at any time by:
    • Replying STOP to any text message we send, or
    • Going to your account settings and disabling SMS notifications.
  • After opting out, you may still receive important account or transactional messages required for the Service to function properly.

How We Handle Your Phone Number
